Welcome to NRG Park, one of the premier sports and entertainment venues in America. NRG Park features a variety of accommodations that provide accessibility for individuals with disabilities. Our team welcomes the opportunity to assist you and is eager to provide services to make your visit to NRG Park an enjoyable and memorable experience. Accessible Parking
Accessible parking spaces are available and located throughout NRG Park on a first-come, first-served basis. Accessible parking spaces are intended for vehicles with proper state issued placard or license plate in addition to the NRG Park paid parking pass. Ask parking staff to assist in directing you to the designated ADA section at the front of the lot. If you encounter any issues with parking or your event experience, contact Guest Experience at 832-667-1400.
Standard ADA parking is as follows (see map). More information on specific events parking can be found via the event page on our web Calendar, or by emailing ADAAccommodations@nrgpark.com.
- Orange Lot: 6, 8, 10, 13
- Maroon Lot: 14, 15
- Red Lot: 3, 4
- Blue Lot: 19
Accessible Seating
Accessible Seating, designated for guests with disabilities who use wheelchairs, other mobility devices, or otherwise require the use of the features of accessible seating (e.g., a guest with a service animal that requires the additional space offered by accessible seating), is available on all levels for all events held at NRG Stadium and NRG Arena. ADA seating tickets are first come, first served and up to (1) companion ticket for every (1) accessible ticket. Seat relocations may also be available on event day. If a guest needs assistance with ADA relocation, please visit the Guest Experiencebooth on the level that your tickets are on and tickets will be swapped out for ADA seating on a first come, first served basis: up to (1) companion ticket for every (1) accessible ticket based on availability.
Floor seating will be available, if comparable seating is available to the general public. Accessible seating will be available until such seats are sold out. Limited additional companion seating will be held until the day of the event or until seating is sold out, whichever is sooner.
ADA Ticket Fraud
ADA ticket fraud includes, but is not limited to, the misrepresentation of a disability, or fraudulently obtaining ADA and companion seats. Management reserves the right to take appropriate action regarding misrepresentation, which may result in relocation, revocation of tickets or ejection from the event.
Assistance for Blind or Low Vision Guests
Guide Animals: Service/guide animals are welcomed at all NRG Park facilities. If specific accommodation is needed for service animals, please contact Guest Experienceprior to your visit at 832-667-1810, or ADAAccommodations@nrgpark.com.
Aira: NRG Park is equipped with Aira, a live human-to-human professional assistance service for visual interpreting. To access Aira guests must have access to the Aira app.
Assistance for Deaf or Hard of Hearing Guests
Assisted Listening Devices: Complimentary assisted listening devices (ALDs) are available at all Guest Experiencebooths at NRG Stadium and NRG Center/Arena with a minimum one-week notice. A government issued ID is required to check out a device and will be returned to you when the device is returned. Some events are not compatible with assisted listening devices.
ASL Sign Language Interpreters: NRG Park will make every effort to provide ASL sign language interpreters for guests who are deaf or hard of hearing. We request 14-day notice to provide this service to our guests. Please email ADAAccommodations@nrgpark.com with any requests or questions.
Assistance for Wheelchair Users and Guests with Limited Mobility
Mobility Assistance: NRG Park has a limited number of wheelchairs available to assist guests. Mobility assistance is provided to transport guests from ticket gates to their seats. Additionally, mobility assistance is available after the event to assist guests back out to the gates. Wheelchair assistance is not available in the parking lots. To request Mobility Assistance on-site, please ask any staff member, or guest experience, or text 832-241-0202.
Guests can check their personal wheelchair or other mobility devices during the event at any Guest Experience booth (recommended).
Mobility Devices: Manual and motorized wheelchairs, four-wheeled mobility scooters and other mobility aides that are used as mobility devices for a person with a disability are permitted in NRG Park. Some other power-driven mobility devices (OPDMDs)may be permitted, when used as a mobility device. Other power-driven mobility devices are considered on a case-by-case basis (depending on safety concerns). If a OPDMD is not allowed for an event someone from the mobility assistance team will assist the guest to/from their seat. Please contact Guest Experience at 832-667-1810 or email ADAAccommodations@nrgpark.com with event questions regarding mobility devices prior to your visit.
When allowed, OPDMDs used by Individuals with Disabilities inside NRG Park must follow park rules:
- Speed not to exceed pedestrian walking speed.
- Stay to the right at all times – no passing or weaving in and out of pedestrian traffic.
- Device May not be used on escalators or stadium ramps.
- Individuals are required to dismount from devices before entering an elevator, when feasible. (Note: Wheelchairs, walkers, etc. are exempt from this requirement.
Authorized personnel, including security, law enforcement, and qualified designated NRG Park staff, may request individuals using a mobility device to provide credible assurance that the device is necessary due to a disability.
Please note that Combustion engine devices and large electric devices like golf carts are not permitted at NRG Park.
Emergency Evacuation Procedures: NRG Park ensures that all staff are properly trained in emergency preparedness procedures. Designated team members have the primary duty of assisting and directing guests to specific evacuation locations. Elevators
Priority use of passenger elevators is given to individuals with disabilities. Passenger elevators are located throughout NRG Park.
NRG Stadium
Elevator lobbies are located at the main entrances on the NE, SE, SW and NW corners of NRG Stadium. Each lobby is equipped with two accessible passenger elevators, plus an additional high-capacity passenger elevator in the SE lobby, providing service to all levels of NRG Stadium. Elevator lobbies are also located at the VIP entrances on the east and west sides of NRG Stadium and are equipped with four passenger elevators that service the Suites, Club and Press Box.
NRG Center
There are eight (8) elevators located throughout NRG Center that provide service to the Mezzanine Level.
NRG Arena
There are two platform lifts located at Sections 102 and 104 that are staffed during events to provide service to the accessible seating areas in the Arena. Elevators provide access to the 2nd Floor meeting rooms.
NRG Park Accessibility
Concessions and Retail Merchandising Areas: Retail areas, bars and restaurants equipped with 34-inch counters are located at every stand and bar in NRG Park.
Inclusive Signage: NRG Park signage identifying restrooms and other areas is shown in both conventional lettering and numbering and in Braille for individuals with visual impairments all at the appropriate height.
Medically Necessary Items: Medically necessary items including breast pumps, medication, insulin, baby formula, etc. are permitted inside NRG Park, but must be checked during the security screening process on event days.
Dietary Restrictions: Outside food and beverage is not permitted inside NRG Park. However, if a guest has valid dietary restrictions such as food allergies and must bring in outside food & beverage, please email ADAAccommodations@nrgpark.com in advance of the event.

Family/Companion Restrooms: Family restrooms are designed for the exclusive use of guests with disabilities and guests with small children. All family restrooms are accessible and equipped with baby changing tables. These restrooms are located throughout NRG Stadium and NRG Center.

Easy Access: Wheelchair access is available at all NRG Park facilities. Both NRG Stadium and NRG Center have automatic or power-assisted entrances.
To gain access to the stadium enter through our main entrances. All main entrance gates are readily accessible using wheeled equipment.

Clear Bag Policy: Some events may have a clear bag policy in effect. An exception will be made for medically necessary items after proper inspection at a gate designated for this purpose. Please let our security staff know about medically necessary items before being scanned. Public Transportation
The Houston Metro and its METRO Rail operate various routes near and around NRG Park. The Houston Metro and METRO Rail are viable transportation options for NRG Park Events. Metro Rail guests should exit the rail and enter gate 2 at NRG Park stop off Fannin. METRO offers 100% accessibility and provides paratransit via METRO Lift for guests with disabilities. Sensory Friendly Experience
Sensory Bag: NRG Park has partnered with KultureCity to ensure the stadium and events we host are sensory inclusive. Sensory bags are equipped with noise canceling headphones, fidget tools, verbal cue cards and are now available to all guests who may feel overwhelmed by the environment. Sensory bags can be checked out with a valid ID and are located at Guest Experiencebooths in NRG Stadium at sections 113, 133, 319, 346, 517 & 543.
Sensory Room: The NRG Stadium Sensory Room is located near the elevators at section 133 across from the Guest Experiencebooth. You may use the Sensory Room for 15 minutes and can request to stay in the room longer if needed.

Service Animal
Service animals or those in training for guests with disabilities are permitted at NRG Park facilities. Please see a Staff member if any accommodation is required. Due to tight seating arrangements and means of egress issues for large numbers of guests at stadium events, we reserve the right to relocate patrons with service animals to the closest accessible seating area. Emotional support animals are not permitted.
